By accessing the Rinselets, LLC(“Rinselets™”, “Rinselets”) website(“the Site”), you agree to the Terms of Use(“Terms”) here. The Site is provided “AS IS” without express or implied warranty. The user assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of this website. We accept no responsibility or liability to any person as a consequence of any reliance upon the information contained in this site. Any reliance you place on such material is therefore strictly at your own risk. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use this Site. Rinselets™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.

Payment: This Site uses Stripe and PayPal for payment processing. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms listed on the Stripe and/or PayPal websites as well. Rinselets uses the information you provide to process an order. Processing an order includes printing invoices, making shipping labels, and keeping track of orders in case of returns. Rinselets does not and will not ever sell your information.

Orders: Each order will require 1-2 business days processing for in stock items. Items that are considered waitlisted, backordered, or large orders will take longer. We are happy to do our best to estimate timing for these by either posting on the site or you can email us at info@rinselets.com. Rinselets is not responsible for shipping delays or issues once your order is in the hands of the shipping company. Most often you will need to open a case with the shipping company or postal service.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase date if the Rinselets™ being returned are in brand new unused condition with the plastic fastener still attached to both Rinselets™. Your refund will be less shipping and must go back to the card used for purchase. Please reach out at info@rinselets.com if you would like to return or exchange and we will be happy to help. Rinselets is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Any sale items are final sale not eligible for return or exchange.

Rinselets reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if necessary at our discretion.

Rinselets is not liable for damages caused by improper use. Rinselets™ are a handmade product and are intended for use on the forearm(s).

Privacy: Rinselets collects your information for the purpose of processing Orders, shipping Orders, and providing you with confirmations or receipts or invoices. This information may also be used to communicate with you about your order or, if you have opted in, to receive marketing emails.

Intellectual Property: The Rinselets website and its original content are the exclusive property of Rinselets, LLC. They are protected by trademark, patent, copyright and other laws of the United States as well as other countries. Our trademarks and copyright property(including all trademarks, company names, logos, product names, service names, and/or trade dress) shall not be used with any other service or product, or displayed in any manner, without written consent by Rinselets, LLC.

Rinselets is not responsible for any damages or losses, directly or indirectly, caused by your use of such websites/links.
